Employees whose employment has been in effect on May 31, 2024, will have their personal salaries increased on June 1, 2024, as follows: monthly wage earners (full-time) 60 € hourly wage earners (part-time) 0,38 € supervisors 2,5 % Read more about commerce sector collective agreement Note the new salary tables You can find the salary tables effective from June 1st by clicking the link (table in Finnish). Starting from June 1, 2024, the salary tables will be increased by 2.14 % for employees and 2.5 % for supervisors. Additionally salary groups B1 and B2, and C1 and C2 will be combined to newly formed B and C salary groups. Check your payslip to ensure that your salary meets the minimum salary of the new salary table! Who will get a pay raise? Only employees covered by the collective agreement are entitled to a wage increase according to the collective agreement. Employees who are covered by the following collective agreements are entitled to a salary increase: The collective agreement for the commerce sector including ICT employees in the commerce sector and Hankkija Oy’s sales personnel The collective agreement for supervisors in the retail sector The collective agreement for supervisors in the commerce logistics Check your pay slip Please remember to always check your pay slip.
