Home » Negotiation result reached in the property services sector Press releases 31.03.2025 22:01 Negotiation result reached in the property services sector The Service Union United PAM and the Real Estate Employers have today, after lengthy negotiations, reached a negotiating result on a new collective agreement for the property services sector. The negotiation result will now be submitted to the decision-making bodies of both PAM and the Real Estate Employers. PAM will announce its Executive Committee’s decision on Wednesday, 2 April. The content of the negotiation result will not be made public until after it has been reviewed by the respective governing bodies. PAM will not comment on the outcome before it has been handled by the union’s Executive Committee. Approximately 80,000 employees fall under the scope of the collective agreement in the property services sector. The most common job titles in the sector are cleaner and property maintenance worker. The collective agreement negotiations for the property services sector began on 19 February 2025. A total of twelve negotiation sessions have been held.
