Recruit new members

A membership recruiter brings new members to PAM. When you successfully sign people up as members, we reward you with high-quality product prizes.

We are always looking for enthusiastic members to interview for PAM’s communication content (such as news, articles, and videos). We also receive weekly interview requests from local and national media.

Become a staff representative

Union representatives as well as Safety and health representatives help ensure that work follows collective agreements and labour laws. Would you like to have a say in your workplace? Do you know your workplace conditions and want to improve them? Are you happy to assist your co-workers?

Local union branches organise many events, trips, and training sessions that are worth joining. These events are affordable and often even free.
