PAM’s goal is 250 euros more in monthly salary. The pay rise goal for full-time work is 6 percent or at least 150 euros more in monthly salary in the first year 4 percent or at least 100 euros more in monthly salary in the second yar. The goal in euros is set for full-time work on a monthly salary. The goal for rises of hourly salaries and part-time work is in relation to that. Follow negotiations in your sector PAM supports the collective agreement negotiations of the Finnish Industrial Union with a sympathy strike The sympathy strike applies to service sector employees who do work at the Industrial Union’s strike locations and whose work falls under collective agreements for the property services sector or the hotel, restaurant, and leisure industry. The work stoppage begins on 27 January at 00:01 and ends on 1 February 2025 at 17:59.
