PAM’s goal is 250 euros more in monthly salary. The pay rise goal for full-time work is 6 percent or at least 150 euros more in monthly salary in the first year 4 percent or at least 100 euros more in monthly salary in the second yar. The goal in euros is set for full-time work on a monthly salary. The goal for rises of hourly salaries and part-time work is in relation to that.
