Better together

We are Service Union United PAM. Together with our members, we improve the working life of service industry professionals.

PAM’s members include waiters, cleaners, chefs, retail workers, security guards, food couriers and many other professionals working in the private service sector.

Christmas and New Year – working hours, extras and pay

Working hours, extra pay and holiday arrangements at Christmas, New Year and Epiphany differ across different agreement sectors. However, in all sectors they differ from normal everyday life.

PAM negotiates a better working life

Collective agreement negotiations for private service sectors begin soon.

PAM’s goal is 250 euros more in monthly salary.

The pay rise goal for full-time work is
  • 6 percent or at least 150 euros more in monthly salary in the first year
  • 4 percent or at least 100 euros more in monthly salary in the second yar.

The goal in euros is set for full-time work on a monthly salary. The goal for rises of hourly salaries and part-time work is in relation to that.
