PAM members (including student and retired members) and new members joining PAM get the benefits of the CityShoppari 2024 app free of charge (value €19.99). The app works on your phone.

A technical problem in the Google Play Store has been resolved and the CityShoppari Android app is again available in Play Store. The app has been updated, so update the app to the latest version.

It’s now easier than ever to start using CityShoppari! 

1. Log in to PAM’s e-services. 
2. Click the Cityshoppari benefits link on the e-services home page (if you don’t yet have the app, the link directs you first to your phone’s app store to download the app).
3. Open the app and then enable location services. The app needs this permission to work properly and to show you benefits nearby. The app doesn’t collect your location data.
4. Press the lock logo in the top right menu to open registration. Enter your phone number (in international format +35850123123) and press submit.
5. You get a confirmation code by text message. Enter it in the field given and press continue.
6. You can now start using the benefits!

If for some reason you can’t get into e-services, follow the instructions below.

• Download the CityShoppari app in your app store and install the app (Download the app on your phone in Google Play, App Store or Huawei AppGallery).
• Open the app and then Enable location services. The app needs this permission to work properly and to show you benefits nearby. The app doesn’t collect your location data
• Register:
  • Press the lock logo in the top right menu to open registration. Enter and submit your phone number (in international format +35804123456). You will get a confirmation code by text message. Enter it in the field given and press continue.
  • Select ”I am a union or corporate customer and I have a personal password – register here”. Log in to CityShoppari with your phone number and “Using password from union or company”, the password is your membership number prefixed by PAM e.g. PAM000000.

Note: If you are a new member, Cityshoppari can be downloaded within around 24 hours of joining.

Your CityShoppari is active 1.1.2024–31.12.2024
