Home » Negotiation result reached for the collective agreement in the hotel and restaurant sector News 30.03.2025 20:06 Negotiation result reached for the collective agreement in the hotel and restaurant sector Service Union United PAM and the Finnish Hospitality Association MaRa have today reached a negotiation result in the collective bargaining negotiations for the hotel and restaurant sector. Next, the result will be discussed by both organisations’ administrative bodies. PAM will announce its Executive Committee’s decision on Wednesday, April 2. The content of the negotiation result will published after administrative bodies of both organisations have reviewed them. PAM will not comment on the negotiation results before they have been processed by the union’s Executive Committee. The current collective agreements for the hotel and restaurant sector, adventure services sector and amusement, theme and adventure parks will expire tomorrow, March 31, 2025.
