Through this, the idea is to speed up the collective agreement negotiations between PAM and The Real Estate Employers (Kiinteistötyönantajat ry) representing the employer. The collective agreement negotiations between PAM and The Real Estate Employers have continued on the last day of the contract period, 28 February, until late at night. PAM will start overtime and shift swap bans for work in the property service sector on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 06:00 a.m. The bans end with a separate announcement or when both parties have accepted the outcome of the negotiations or a settlement proposal by the National Conciliator in case mediation is opted. The ban on shift swaps concerns a shift swap suggested by the employer. The ban on overtime and shift swaps do not apply to emergency work or tasks where they would endanger functions vital to society or cause significant damage to the public interest. PAM and The Real Estate Employers will continue their negotiations again on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. More on negoations on the property services sector > What did you think of this content?
